Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
Add your chopped parsnips to a roasting tray.
In a bowl, mix together melted butter, olive oil, honey, brown sugar, salt, pepper, paprika and chilli flakes.
Pour the mixture over the parsnips and toss until they’re evenly coated.
Roast for 45–50 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden, caramelised and sticky.
