Whisk all Spicy Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Sauté Aromatics: Heat 1–2 tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant. Char: Place bok choy cut-side down. Cook for 2–3 minutes until lightly charred. Flip and cook 1–2 minutes more until tender-crisp. Finish: Pour sauce over the greens, toss quickly to coat, and remove from heat. Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and extra red pepper flakes.”.
