A spicy and flavorful Indian dish featuring crispy paneer cubes coated in a glossy sauce with peppers and chillies.
Cut your paneer into equal-sized cubes and soak in hot water for 20 mins. Drain and pat dry.
Coat generously in cornflour, lightly drizzle with olive oil and air fry until golden and crispy.
Heat a little oil in a pan. Add the garlic and finely chopped chillies and fry until fragrant.
Add your red and green peppers and sauté until they start to blister slightly.
Add the crispy paneer and toss everything together. Add the sliced chillies for that extra kick!
Sprinkle in the white pepper, add both soy sauces and Tropical Sun Hot Pepper Sauce. Mix well before adding the water.
Let everything cook until the sauce is beautifully glossy and coats every piece of paneer. And that’s it!
Serve piping hot and get stuck in! My biggest tip: Don’t make this too far in advance. This dish is best enjoyed straight from the pan while the paneer is crispy and the sauce is hot and glossy.
