
Chilli Garlic Chicken Wings
Spicy, garlicky, crispy wings with a glossy glaze.

In a large bowl, add chicken wings, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, cornflour, and chilli oil. Mix well until wings are evenly coated.

Deep fry or air fry at 200°C for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

In a pan, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.

Add chilli oil, honey, and hot sauce. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.

Toss the crispy wings in the sauce until fully coated. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped spring onions if desired.
