
Lime Beef & Harissa Meatballs in a Coconut Chickpea Sauce
A simple and delicious dish featuring lime beef and harissa meatballs in a coconut chickpea sauce.

Add all of your meatballs ingredients into a large bowl and combine with your hands or a fork.

Form the meatballs into equal sized balls around the size of a golf ball. Set aside.

Get a deep flat-bottomed bowl that can fit in your steamer or pot.

Add in all of your sauce ingredients, and combine well.

Top with your meatballs.

Prepare your steamer, or get your pot and place a small bowl upside down in the pot and surround it with boiling water until it’s 1/2 inch from being submerged.

Gently place your meatball bowl on top and add on your lid. Steam on medium heat for 15-20 mins.

Make sure to check the water hasn’t evaporated halfway.

After 15-20 mins, remove from the heat and serve.
