
Crustless Quiche
A delicious crustless quiche with eggs, cheese, and vegetables.

Preheat your oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onions, mushrooms, or any firm vegetables for about 3–4 minutes until slightly softened. If using spinach, cook until wilted.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano until smooth.

Spread the cooked vegetables and optional protein evenly in the greased baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if using.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

Let the quiche cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
