Perfect for any occasion, these sausage rolls are like a warm hug with a gorgeous exterior and layers of flavors.
Preheat oven to 200c
Toast seeds on medium heat, grind together with all other ingredients
Spread out puff pastry sheet and press the mixture across the sheet
Whisk together eggs, spices and drizzle inside and while rolling up lengthways the exterior of the pastry
Cut log into 12 pieces
Grease a cupcake tray with butter
Place pieces in or spread apart if on tray
Brush with more egg and bake for 15min
Brush with glaze and add halloumi then bake at highest heat for further 5min or until golden brown
Remove from cake tins immediately to a drying rack
Serve with special dip and cranberry sauce
