Transfer half the batter into a prepared 8 inch loaf and top generously with a layer of strawberries. Dust the strawberries with a spoon of flour to prevent them from sinking.
Top with the remaining batter and bake at 180C for 40-45 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
