Cheesecake-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 0.5 tsp Baking soda
• 40 g Sugar
• 0.25 tsp Salt
• 190 g All-purpose flour
• 1 Large egg
• 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
• 50 g Granulated sugar
• 100 g Brown sugar
• 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
• 115 g Cream cheese, softened
• 170 g Chocolate chip
• 115 g Unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled

Method

   Soften the cream cheese and mix with sugar and vanilla until smooth.

   Scoop small teaspoons of filling onto a tray, flatten, and freeze.

   Melt butter and mix with sugars until glossy.

   Add egg and vanilla, then fold in flour, baking soda, and salt.

   Mix in chocolate chips.

   Wrap frozen cheesecake filling with cookie dough.

   Chill cookies for 20 minutes.

   Bake at 180°C until edges are golden.
