Chop the guavas into small pieces. 2. Put them in a pressure cooker with half cup water and salt. Take 1 Whistle. 3. Blend the cooked guavas to a fine puree and strain it. 4. Using the measuring cups, i got 2 cups of guava pulp. 5. Add the guava pulp to a pan along with 2 cups sugar. Mix it Well. 6. Now turn on the gas flame and keep stirring till the sugar dissolves. 7. Once sugar dissolves, add the lemon juice to avoid crystallization. 8. Now keep stirring till it thickens. 9. When it thickens add 1/2tbsp ghee and keep stirring for another 15 mins and then add the other balance 1/2tbsp ghee. 10. Keep stirring continuously till it leaves the sides of the pan. 11. Add 1/4tsp color diluted with 1tbsp water. Use how much u need as per how dark you want your guava cheese. 12. Mix well and continue stirring till all the mixture leaves the pan. 13. Pour in a greased baking tray (grease with oil) 14. Let it set for 2 hours. 15.
