View RecipeThick, gooey, golden-edged chocolate chip cookies with a perfect crisp-chewy balance, loaded with two kinds of chocolate.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a tray with parchment paper.
Whisk dry ingredients together.
Cream sugars and butter until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla, beat 3–4 mins until pale.
Mix in dry ingredients (don’t overmix!).
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop 2 tbsp dough balls, 4 per tray, spaced out.
Top with extra chocolate chips.
Bake 13–16 mins. Let cool 5 mins on tray, then move to rack.
