In a mixing bowl, add natural peanut butter and 1/3 cup honey. Mix to combine. Add rolled oats and mix again until well combined. Press peanut butter mixture into the loaf pan. Firmly pressed down so that the mixture can set up. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together and spread evenly over the peanut butter mixture. Put in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the bars have firmed up. Cut bars into desired size and store in an airtight container in the fridge. #summerfood #easyrecipe #healthydessert”.
