View RecipeSweet, sticky, salty halloumi wrapped in bacon, perfect for appetizers.
Pre-heat oven to 180C.
Get a baking tray with baking paper ready.
Cut halloumi into 12 sticks.
Cut bacon rashes in half to have 12 pieces.
Wrap halloumi with bacon.
Place onto lined baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for a further 5 minutes.
Combine wholegrain mustard and honey in a bowl.
Remove halloumi in blankets and brush with honey mustard.
Bake for a final 5 minutes until sticky and caramelised.
