
830 likes, 7 comments - alltheauntiesuk on April 16, 2026: “AIRFRYER SALT & PEPPER PANEER + NEW POTATOES 🥔✨ Serves 2 (as a side) Ingredients: • 300g new potatoes • 200g paneer • 2 spring onions • 4 cloves garlic • 1 red chilli • Small handful fresh coriander • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp Chinese 5 spice • ½ - 1 tsp salt • ½ - 1tsp ground black pepper • 1–2 tbsp oil Method: 1. Chop new potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss with 1 tbsp oil, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper & a pinch of garlic powder. Air fry at 200°C for 15mins until crispy. 2. Cube the paneer and toss with 1 tbsp oil, remaining salt, pepper, garlic powder, 5 spice, finely chopped garlic & red chilli. Air fry for 10 mins until golden and fragrant. 3. Finely slice spring onions & chop coriander. 4. Add the potatoes, paneer and fresh herbs to a large bag, sprinkle over a little extra salt, pepper & 5 spice, then shake it up until everything is coated.
