Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 12-15 minutes.

Transfer eggs to ice water for about 5 minutes.

Tap eggs on a hard surface, roll to crack the shell, and peel under running water.

Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.

Mash yolks in a bowl until smooth.

Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika to yolks and mix until creamy.
