Macros per serving: 613 calories, 56g protein, 25g fat, 40g carbs **Ingredients** - 2 lb lean ground beef (93/7%) - 2 cups beef bone broth - 1 cup milk (Fairlife works great) - 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt - 1 block reduced-fat cream cheese - 2 cups reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese - 10 oz cellentani pasta - 1 tbsp paprika - 2 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste) - ½ tsp black pepper Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley (or green onions/chives) **Instructions** 1. Add ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, and season with 1 tbsp paprika, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper. Drain excess fat. 2. Add cooked beef to the crock pot along with beef broth. 3. Cook on LOW for 2–3 hours. 4. Stir in cream cheese, milk, and Greek yogurt until fully melted and smooth. 5.
