Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook for 8–10 minutes until fully cooked.

Add onions and carrots, sauté until softened and translucent. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add salt and tomato paste, cook for 1–2 minutes until it deepens in color.

Add rinsed rice, stir, then add chopped cabbage, broth, and water. Stir well and bring to a boil.

Reduce to a gentle simmer and cook uncovered for 25–30 minutes until rice is tender and cabbage is soft.

Finish with fresh dill, stir, and adjust salt if needed. Serve warm with optional yogurt or sour cream.
