Peel and chop your carrot and potatoes. Dice your white fish and red pepper and then add them all to your soup maker.
Add your uncooked seafood to the soup maker.
Add the tomatoes, wine and seasoning.
Mix well and then place your soup maker on the chunky soup setting.
Cook for 25 minutes and then serve with warm crusty bread and sprinkle a little fresh thyme on top.
