
Herb & Cheese Quick Bread

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease or line a loaf pan.

In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and dried herbs.

Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella so the cheese coats with flour.

In another bowl whisk eggs, milk, olive oil, and honey.

Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Fold in chopped fresh herbs.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake 40–45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
