Blend the cottage cheese, maple syrup, milk, eggs and flour until smooth. 2. Add the oats, almonds, baking powder and bicarbonate. Mix again. 3. Fold in the blueberries and lemon zest and juice. 4. Divide into 6 muffin cases. 5. Bake at 160 C for 16 to 18 minutes until set and golden. 6.
