
High Protein Cheeseburger Burritos
Bulk prep high protein frozen burritos with a variety of flavor profiles.

Cook onions over medium-high heat until water evaporates and they brown.

Deglaze with 120ml beef bone broth at a time, reduce completely, repeat until 480ml is used.

Add soy sauce for flavor and color.

Mix beef with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, cumin, and tomatoes.

Add half of caramelized onions and green onions to meat mixture.

Mix light mayo, greek yogurt, ketchup, sweet relish, and remaining caramelized onions for sauce.

Refrigerate meat mixture for 20 minutes.

Weigh and divide meat mixture evenly for 14 burritos.

Fill tortillas with meat mixture and roll.

Freeze burritos.

Reheat by microwaving for 2 minutes, then air fry at 375°F for 6-8 minutes.
