Add half of caramelized onions and green onions to meat mixture.
Mix light mayo, greek yogurt, ketchup, sweet relish, and remaining caramelized onions for sauce.
Refrigerate meat mixture for 20 minutes.
Weigh and divide meat mixture evenly for 14 burritos.
Fill tortillas with meat mixture and roll.
Freeze burritos.
Reheat by microwaving for 2 minutes, then air fry at 375°F for 6-8 minutes.
