
High Protein Meal Prep Honey BBQ Chicken & Potatoes
A high protein meal prep recipe featuring honey BBQ chicken and potatoes.

Dice 700g raw potato and season with 1 Tbsp garlic powder, 1 Tbsp oregano, black pepper, 1 Tbsp olive oil, and 1 tsp salt.

Mix together and oven or air fry for 15-20 mins at 220°C until golden and crispy.

On medium heat, melt 15g light butter.

Add 1 Tbsp garlic and seasoned raw chicken breast (season with 1 Tbsp paprika, 1 Tbsp garlic powder, 1 Tbsp oregano, 1 Tbsp black pepper).

Cook for 10 mins and then add 75g bbq sauce, 75ml water, 15g honey, stir together and add 20g mozzarella cheese.

Let it simmer and add parsley to finish it off.

Add equal portions to meal prep containers.
