    Blend the cinnamon oat ingredients together.

    Add the apple, cinnamon and water to a pot and simmer on low heat until apples are soft.

    Add the apples to a bottom of the jar, top with the oat mixture and finally peanut butter, yoghurt and extra cinnamon.

    Leave overnight and enjoy.
