Coat chicken breasts with 2 tbsp Piri piri seasoning.
Heat pan on medium heat with avocado oil.
Sear chicken on each side for about 7 minutes.
Place on cutting board and dice.
Prepare vinaigrette by mixing red wine vinegar, honey, chipotle peppers, avocado oil, dried oregano, black pepper, and garlic.
Assemble bowl with diced piri piri chicken, cauliflower rice, roasted peppers, chopped tomatoes, diced red onion, garlic, and black beans.
Top with cilantro and lime.
