Mix ground chicken, onion, bell pepper, garlic, coriander, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, chilli powder, turmeric, and olive oil.
Shape mixture into kebabs and place on a sheet pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, draining juices halfway.
Mix Greek yoghurt, mayo, garlic powder, dill, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and water for sauce.
Prepare salad with red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, coriander, and salt.
Serve kebabs in wraps with salad and sauce.
