Dice chicken breast into cubes.
Add black pepper, garlic, soy sauce, egg, and cornflour.
Mix together.
Oven or air fry at 220°C for 15 mins.
Set aside and on medium heat add soy sauce, ketchup, Sriracha, honey, Gochujang paste, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and cooked chicken.
Stir together and let it simmer.
Finish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
Boil rice and equally portion into 5 servings.
