Preheat oven Set to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish. 2. Cook vegetables Heat olive oil in a pan Sauté onion and garlic until soft Add zucchini and squash, cook 5–6 minutes until slightly tender Season with salt, pepper, and thyme 3. Prepare creamy mixture In a bowl, mix: Sour cream (or yogurt) Egg Half of the mozzarella Half of the Parmesan 4.
