
Stuffed Salmon with Spinach and Feta
Baked salmon fillets stuffed with a mixture of spinach, feta, and optional cream cheese, seasoned with garlic and oregano.

Preheat oven to 190°C.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each salmon fillet.

In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, and sun-dried tomatoes until well combined.

Spoon the mixture evenly into each salmon pocket. Press gently to secure the filling.

Rub the outside of the salmon with olive oil and lemon juice.

Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper over the fillets.

Place the stuffed salmon on the prepared tray and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a lightly golden top.
