In a pot, mix the peanut butter, chilli oil, soy sauce, miso paste, crushed garlic, coconut milk and vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
Add in the chicken to finish cooking, and then add the noodles.
Add everything to a bowl and top with whatever toppings you like.
