Peel your onion, grate it to create a puree and place into your blender of food processor. 2. Then add your mince, yogurt, olive oil and seasonings. Blend until combined. 3. Divide the mixture into half. Lay out some baking paper, add 1/2 of the mixture and place another sheet of baking paper on top. Press down, then use a rolling pin to flatten until thin. Remove the top layer of baking paper and then roll it up. 4. Repeat with the remaining mixture, place onto an oven tray, then cook in the oven at 180 degrees celcius for 20-25 minutes. 5.
