A high protein meal prep recipe for sweet chilli popcorn chicken with sticky rice.

    Mix chicken with soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    Coat chicken in egg and cornflour.

    Air-fry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes or oven bake at 220°C for 15-18 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway.

    Combine sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, water, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and lime juice for glaze.

    Cook sticky rice as per instructions, cool, then mix with rice vinegar, sweetener, and salt.
