Slice the flank steak into strips and add it to the slow cooker.
Pour in the honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Mix everything well.
Set the slow cooker to cook for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, add the red pepper, green pepper, carrot, and minced garlic to the slow cooker. Let it simmer for 30 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of cornflour slurry and the chopped spring onion. Stir and allow the sauce to thicken for 2โ3 minutes.
Serve with 70g of basmati rice per portion.
