Cook for a few minutes. 🌿 Next, add the onion and once they brown add the paneer, peas and sweetcorn. 🧀 Then add the coriander powder, black pepper, salt to taste, chaat masala and dried methi. 🌿 Cook for 10 minutes all to cool down completely before assembling the spring rolls. 🧀 Wrap the spring roll sheets in a wet cloth to avoid them drying. Create a paste of plain flour and water to help ceil the spring rolls. 🌿 Finally wrap the spring rolls with 1.5 tbsp of the paneer filling.
