Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil either in a double boiler or in the microwave (stirring every 30 secs until melted).
Divide pudding into 4 dishes and spread some of the melted chocolate on top. Refrigerate until chocolate is hardened. For a firmer pudding texture, refrigerate overnight.
