Begin by forming your dough. Add your plain flour, baking powder, LF greek yogurt, Italian herbs, garlic powder & salt to a bowl. Mix & knead until a dough ball is formed.

Divide the dough into 8 equal sized balls.

Individually, flatten each ball & top with pizza sauce, LF cheese & pepperonis.

Pinch the sides & corners to the middle & seal. Flip them over & press gently on them to flatten.

Cook on a low-medium heat pan for 5-6 minutes per side with the lid on-top. They should be golden brown before removing them from heat.

Store in the fridge/freezer & reheat when ready to eat.
