Preheat oven to 170°C.
Mix oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, and chia seeds in a bowl.
Warm peanut butter and honey slightly until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and salt.
Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
Scoop mixture onto lined baking tray.
Flatten each cookie gently with a spoon.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden at edges.
Cool completely until firm and set.
