Melt your coconut oil in the microwave. Then add to a large bowl.
Add in the unsweetened coconut powder and maple syrup. Whisk until you get a thick syrup consistency.
Pour into a freezer-friendly Tupperware and sprinkle with sea salt. Then freeze overnight.
Cut into chunks and put back in the freezer or store in the fridge if you want to use them sooner.
