View RecipeA quick and creamy paprika chicken served over tender rice.
Bring water/stock to a boil with salt & butter. Add rice, cover, simmer on low 12–15 min until fluffy. Rest 5 min.
Heat oil & butter in a pan. Sauté onion until soft. Add garlic, cook 30 sec. Add chicken, salt & pepper; cook until sealed. Stir in paprika (and tomato paste if using). Add stock/water, simmer 5 min. Pour in cream, simmer 5–7 min until thick and creamy.
Serve Spoon creamy paprika chicken over tender rice. Garnish with parsley or a pinch of paprika.
