    Sweat the shallot, carrot, leek, garlic, and chillies on a low medium heat for 10 mins.

    Boil your potatoes and squash until soft.

    Add the mince, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper and fry for 5 mins.

    Add stock, passata, gravy, and peas. Lid on, simmer 10 mins.

    Mash the potato and squash with a splash of milk, salt, and pepper.

    Layer it up: meat, mash, cheese.

    Either meal prep it cold, or bake for 30 mins at 180°C until golden.
