Cut chicken into bite size pieces and coat with salt, pepper, garlic powder and cornflour

Wash rice until water runs clear, add water to about first knuckle above the rice and bring to a simmer

Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl or jar

Heat oil on a high heat and cook chicken in batches until golden and crispy

Dice veg and add to the pan for a few minutes, then add sauce and cornflour slurry to thicken

Add chicken back in and coat everything

Plate up rice, add chicken and veg, top with spring onions and sesame seeds
