
Cheesy Beef Pockets
Delicious cheesy beef pockets made with ground beef, spices, and cheese wrapped in tortillas.

In a pan, heat oil on medium heat.

Add onions and garlic, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until translucent.

Add minced beef, cook for 3 to 4 minutes until it changes color.

Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and red chili flakes.

Mix well and add tomato paste, sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add water, cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes until beef is cooked and water is almost evaporated.

Add bell peppers and Serrano peppers, sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, then set aside.

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Cut tortilla wraps in half, place mozzarella cheese in the center of each half, followed by 2–3 tablespoons of beef filling.

Fold and seal the tortilla to form a triangle, set aside.

Grease a circular baking dish with garlic butter, arrange wraps in the dish.

Brush tops with more butter, sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
