Cook sausages on medium-high heat pan
Take the sausages off the pan and save for later
In the same pan, cook the marinated chicken thighs on medium heat
Take the chicken thighs off the pan and save for later
Cook bell peppers on a medium heat pan
Once the peppers soften, add garlic paste and tomato paste
Add in rice and toast for 1-2 minutes
Add chicken broth and spices
Let the mixture come to a simmer
Reduce to low heat
Cover pan and cook for 15-20 minutes
Add chicken and sausage in, mix and cook for 5 more minutes
Remove from heat, and rest with the lid on for 5-10 minutes
Gently fluff with a fork and rest again for 5 minutes before serving
