    Mix the honey, garlic, ginger, chilli oil and light soy in a bowl.

    Season the chicken and fry until browned and cooked through.

    Add the sauce and stir until the chicken is coated.

    Remove the chicken from the pan, then add the spring onions and peppers, cooking until they start to soften.

    Stir through the cooked rice and dark soy, then return the chicken to the pan.

    Mix well, garnish, serve and enjoy!
