A quick, one-pan high-protein dinner with chicken, veggies, and rice for busy weeknights.

    Cut chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.

    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

    Add frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and cook for another 3–4 minutes until heated through.

    Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce/tamari. Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes until hot.
