
Bang Bang Fried Rice
This Bang Bang Fried Rice is a bold, creamy, and slightly spicy twist on classic fried rice. Tender chicken, fluffy rice, and vegetables are tossed in a sweet-spicy Bang Bang sauce that makes every bite irresistible.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for about 1–2 minutes.

Add beaten eggs and scramble 1–2 minutes until cooked; remove and set aside.
