
A quick and flavorful pork donburi inspired by uni days in Melbourne.
Get your rinsed rice and boiling water in a pot to a boil, then immediately low heat for 10 mins covered, then off heat still covered for 10 mins.
Coat your pork loin fillets with spices and mix, heat pan and put oil in (med-high heat).
Sear until golden brown one side and turn over only for 10-15 seconds other side and then cut them up.
Add in your onion, garlic, ginger and cook for 3 mins until softened then add sauce.
Cook until it’s glossy and glazy.
Serve with sesame seeds, chilli flakes and egg yolk.
