Garlic Steak Bite Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

• 2 tsp Onion powder
• 8 ounce White cheddar
• 2 tsp Garlic powder
• 2 tsp Smoked paprika
• 2 tsp black pepper
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1 kg Steak cut into 1-2 inch cube
• 2 tsp Dried oregano
• 16 ounce Evaporated milk
• 1 Extra cheese to place on top
• 1 Cooked macaroni noodle
• 0.5 Stick butter
• 8 ounce Colby jack
• 1 Parsley to garnish
• 2 tbsp Garlic paste or minced garlic

Method

   Cut steak into 1-2 inch cubes.

   Season steak with onion powder, black pepper, dried oregano, and salt.

   Cook steak bites in butter and garlic paste until done.

   Garnish with parsley.

   Grate colby jack and white cheddar cheese.

   Mix cheeses with evaporated milk, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

   Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni noodles.

   Top with extra cheese and bake until golden.
