Preheat oven to 350F.
Whisk together milk, soy sauce, vinegar, curry paste, garlic and spices in a dish.
Add spinach and dumplings to dish. Dip the top part of dumplings in milk mixture so it gets crispy.
Bake dish for about an hour or until dumplings become golden and sauce thickens.
