Roughly chop the strawberries, slice the banana, and set the fruit aside.
Finely chop the Brazil nuts.
In a small dry pan over medium heat, toast the rolled oats and chopped Brazil nuts for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring often, until lightly golden and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
