
One Pan Bang Bang Chicken Fried Rice

Mix chicken with cornflour and soy sauce. Set aside for 10 mins.

Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl and leave to one side.

Heat a large pan with spray oil, add chicken and cook for 5-6 mins until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic, onion, and pepper. Cook until softened.

Push veg to one side, add eggs and scramble gently until just set.

Add cooked rice, breaking up any clumps. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 mins until hot.

Add chicken back to the pan. Mix everything together well.

Turn off the heat. Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over the top. Finish with spring onions and parsley.
